Creating Smiles brings nonprofits, churches, schools, businesses, volunteers, and community partners together around one simple belief: no child should go without the food, resources, opportunities, and community support they need to thrive.
Our Story
It Started With a Simple Desire to Help.
Since 2008, founder Allison and community partners have worked informally to support children and youth—helping feed kids, supporting festivals and community events, raising money for youth travel teams, and assisting programs including JROTC, cheer, dance, and other activities that give young people opportunities to grow.
Over the years, those efforts have touched the lives of thousands of children and young people.
In July 2026, that commitment entered a new chapter with the launch of Creating Smiles – A Community Operation.
The Model

Incredible nonprofits, churches, schools, businesses, teachers, coaches, volunteers, and community leaders are already helping children and families every day. Too often, though, they are working separately.
Creating Smiles exists to make those connections—reducing duplication, sharing resources, reaching more children, and strengthening the network of support for families.

Our impact didn’t begin in 2026. For nearly two decades, the people behind Creating Smiles have supported children, youth programs, fundraising efforts, community events, sports teams, JROTC, cheer, dance, and more.
