Leadership

The Ladies Behind the Smiles.

Leading With Purpose. Serving Without the Spotlight.

Some leaders stand in front of the cameras. These ladies would rather stand behind the work.

Creating Smiles – A Community Operation is led by women who believe community impact doesn’t require recognition, titles, or attention. It requires people willing to show up, solve problems, make connections, open doors, and get things done.

Meet the Team

The Women Leading the Initiative

For years, much of their work has happened quietly—behind the scenes, without fanfare and often without the people they helped ever knowing their names.

Allison C.

Founder & Community Connector

Allison’s commitment to helping children and families dates back to 2008. What began as informal efforts to feed children, support youth programs, help community events, and raise resources for young people has evolved into Creating Smiles – A Community Operation.

Her vision is simple but ambitious: bring good people and good organizations together so the entire community can accomplish more.

Collective Leadership

Different Women. Different Strengths. One Mission.

Creating Smiles isn’t built around one person. That’s intentional.

Each woman brings different relationships, experiences, talents, ideas, and perspectives to the table. Their collective strength isn’t simply what each person can accomplish individually.

It’s what happens when they work together.

Their Leadership Philosophy

Service Before Spotlight.

01

See the Need.

Don’t wait for someone else to solve it.

02

Make the Connection.

Someone may have exactly what someone else needs.

03

Share the Resources.

Community works better when we stop operating in silos.

04

Do the Work.

Ideas matter. Execution changes lives.

05

Skip the Spotlight.

The smile is the recognition.

Help Us Create the Next Smile

Our Network Will Grow. Our Mission Will Stay the Same.

The number of organizations we support will grow. The communities we reach will grow. But the reason we exist will remain the same.
